"Bavareisa Torinese", which is made of coffee, chocolate and double cream, is the eighteenth-century version of the better-known "Bicerin".

PREPARATION
Pour 1.5 oz of hot chocolate into a glass.  Pour the strong filter coffee over the chocolate.
Top up with lightly stirred double cream so that it floats on the surface.

This recipe can also be prepared with espresso coffee.
