Cookies come in all shapes, sizes, and flavors, and have always been a popular treat. These coffee cookies are the perfect indulgence anytime you're craving something unique and delicious.

SHORTBREAD PREPARATION

Mix the sugar and butter until it becomes creamy. Create a well in the middle of the flour, dust it with the ground coffee and pour the butter and sugar mixture into the middle. Now add the egg and yolk to the well and begin to stir all the ingredients together, combining them slowly. Knead until you have a uniform dough, then chill in the fridge for approximately one hour.

 

BAKING

Roll out the dough on a board until you reach the desired thickness for your cookies. Use a variety of cookie cutters to cut out your biscuit shapes. Place them on baking paper and bake at 180°C (356°F) for approximately 10‒12 minutes.
