Italian Iced Almond Coffee

A deliciously sweet iced coffee recipe from southern Italy

Italian Iced Almond Coffee is very refreshing drink that combines coffee and almond milk. It is essential to prepare it a few hours in advance so that the milk is properly iced.

PREPARATION
Dilute the almond milk syrup with cold water.
Pour into ice cube trays.
Place in the freezer for at least 3 hours.
Prepare an espresso or a coffee.    
Turn out the almond milk cubes and place 6 or 7 in a large glass.
Pour the hot coffee over the ice without sweetening.
Serve with a straw.
