Brew the coffee.
Mix the chilled chocolate with ¼ cup of milk.
Put ice into a cocktail glass and pour the chocolate and milk mix into the glass.
Add the coffee and top up with whipped cream.
Heat 4 cups (1 quart) of milk until boiling.
Add the previously mixed cocoa powder and sugar.
Reduce the heat.
Leave on lowered heat for 10 minutes or more depending on the consistency desired.
Allow to cool.
