This coffee was originally enjoyed by sailors and fisherman in the port of Fano to warm up and stay alert while working. It combines strength with sweetness, and is an excellent digestive as an after-dinner beverage or an afternoon pick-me-up

PREPARATION
Pour brandy, anisette and rum into a punch glass together with the cane sugar.
Heat with the steam wand until the sugar has fully dissolved.
Dispense an espresso onto the surface and finish off with lemon zest.

We recommend preparing this recipe with espresso coffee.
