First of all, steam your milk with a milk frother, in order to make it creamy and puffy. Then, add dark chocolate and peppermint syrup. Pour into a cup and add brewed espresso*. Spoon a thin layer of foamed milk over top of beverage.


For brewed coffee:
In case you use capsules, just prepare your coffee in a small cup and mix it with peppermint syrup, dark chocolate and steamed milk.
If you opt for coffee beans, grind coffee beans to medium or medium-fine grind size. Bring filtered water to a boil, then let it sit for a minute.


Pour enough water into the filter to wet it completely, and let it drain into your cup or coffee pot. Discard the water.


Measure the ground coffee into the wet filter. Pour in enough water to wet the ground beans and drain into your cup or coffee pot, then pour in the rest of the water.

*Can substitute 1/2 cup strong brewed coffee
